The Journey of formAgility

The seeds of formAgility were planted in November 2023 at The Business Show in the bustling halls of Excel. After years in the corporate world, our founder, Sheetal Thaker, became passionate about business agility, inspired by the transformative impact it had on organisations.

It all began in 2009 when she stumbled upon agile ways of working during a pivotal point in her career. The principles resonated deeply, promising a new paradigm in organisational efficiency and effectiveness. These frameworks offered a set of values and practices that allowed teams to collaborate better, deliver work faster, and align themselves against a shared vision.

Having experienced toxic work cultures, Sheetal is driven by a desire to create workplaces where employees thrive. She recognised the importance of fostering a collaborative and purpose-driven environment. She could see how lean and agile practices are key to cultivating a happier and more engaged workforce, where individuals have a voice to share challenges and contribute new ideas, helping companies grow.
