The Journey of FormAgility®
FormAgility® was born in 2023, but the real journey started in 2002 when our founder, Sheetal Thaker began her career as a developer coding AI tools for lost luggage at an airline in Nottingham, East Midlands.
Since then, she’s built online banking platforms, shaped digital campaigns, and led global delivery teams across finance, travel, big phama and high street retail and several other large corporate brands such as Chase, Citi, Bank of England, Amadeus, GSK, Sky, BP, the list goes on…
Over the years, she saw too many organisations struggle to connect strategy with delivery, meaning that too often, deadlines were missed, customers were the ones left behind and development teams were burnt out.
After stepping up to lead agile teams (before she really knew what agile was), she threw herself into the world of digital transformation and learning first-hand how to bring people, processes and technology into alignment.
The turning point came in a role that taught her the true power of product thinking and customer-centricity.
